Call for Nominations for Board of Directors
Michelle Benjamin, Chair of the Nominating Committee of U.S. Green Building Council New York Upstate Chapter, invites applicants to submit their qualifications to the Committee to serve a two-year term on the Chapter’s Board of Directors.
The Chapter seeks board candidates with leadership skills, knowledge, dedication and passion for achieving our vision of green buildings for all through education, advocacy and celebration.
A total of six positions are open in the current election, with terms beginning January 1, 2013. Candidates will run for open seats and the new board will elect officers at the first board meeting of 2013. Nominations will be accepted for seats for 6 open positions: 4 regional including Central NY, Finger Lakes/Southern Tier, Adirondack/North Country, and Western NY and 2 at-large.
