Cracking the Energy Code: Compliance with 2010 Energy Conservation Construction Code of New York State (ECCNYS-2010)

Urban Green Council and the NewYork Chapter of the American Institute of Architects have developed a four-hour course to familiarize building professionals with the 2010 Energy Conservation Construction Code of New York State (ECCCNYS-2010).

Cracking the Energy Code teaches the fundamentals of low energy design and the processes available to demonstrate compliance, focusing on commercial buildings and residential buildings over three stories.  Intended primarily for architects, engineers, and code consultants, the course offers GBCI and AIA continuing education credits, which can also be used by NY State Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors.

Instructor Peter Arsenault, FAIA, LEED AP will teach two upcoming courses in Ithaca on The Commons at TC3.biz scheduled for October 10 and November 14.  Visit the course website for more information, or register for a course today!

Ithaca |  October 10th 2012  or November 14th 2012

The course fee is $85 and continuing education credits are available (4 GBCI and 4 AIA HSW/SD).
