1. Login if your company is already a USGBC member check "Your Account" to update any details, if new to USGBC create a login password                                                2. Scroll down & find New York Upstate Chapter
3. Select membership level
4. Fill out & submit the secure pdf form with credit card payment-                            $50 for USGBC members (Full Member)                                                                $65 for independent individuals (Associate Members)                                              $25 for student members (Emerging Green Builder)

Please note: Chapter membership is for individuals; USGBC national membership is for businesses.  In order to receive discounts on LEED workshops and modules a USGBC national membership is required.

Kevin Stack

Member Since 2004

 

Kevin was the founder and first chair of the USGBC New York Upstate Chapter and currently is the Residential Green Advocate for the Chapter.

He is the president of Northeast Green Building Consulting, LLC a CNY-based consulting and construction management company that provides high performance, sustainable solutions for the built environment.

Kevin is currently developing an Ecological Standard to quantify sustainability in the built environment. Kevin is a LEED accredited professional, an Energy Star builder, Northeast HERS rater and serves as a Northeast HERS Supervisor. He is a Building Performance Institute certified Tech I & II Building Analyst and has completed over 400 energy ratings in NYS. He is a graduate of the State University of New York College of Environmental Science & Forestry and Syracuse University with degrees in Biology and Forestry. Kevin serves on the Board of Directors for: Syracuse Center of Excellence; the Northeast HERS Alliance, and is a member of the Advisory Board for the SUNY ESF and Onondaga Community College construction management curriculums. Kevin serves on the NYSERDA Advisory Board for the Energy Star Program. He also donates time to nonprofit and affordable building causes including Habitat for Humanity and Home Headquarters.
