The Chapter encompasses 53 counties in New York State. The New York Upstate Chapter includes: Western Region (Buffalo and surrounding areas), Genesee Region (Greater Rochester area), Finger Lakes and Southern Tier Region (Binghamton, Elmira, Ithaca, and Corning areas), Central New York Region (Syracuse, Oswego and surrounding areas), Capital Region (Albany, Troy, and Schenectady areas), Adirondack/North Country Region, and Hudson Valley Branch (including New Paltz, Newburgh, Poughkeepsie areas).
